Developer Global Student Accommodation is making its Ireland debut with a 400-bed scheme in Dublin. The company – run by Unite founder Nick Porter – has submitted proposals to Dublin city council for a €41m (£32m) Tony Reddy Associates-designed scheme at Mill Street.
It will work alongside local developer the Creedon Group.
Subject to planning, the project will be delivered by the middle of 2017. GSA said it is planning a global expansion, and wants to build a 2,500-student bed portfolio in Dublin by 2019.
