Lorenz Consultancy issues claim against Fox-Davies

Commercial property adviser The Lorenz Consultancy Ltd is suing Fox-Davies Ltd for almost £150,000, claiming to have introduced it to a Savile Row property in London.

Lorenz is seeking to recover £142,774.50 that it says is the fee due to it including VAT for introducing Fox-Davies to the sixth floor of 23 Savile Row and securing the acquisition of a new lease for the property.

A claim contends that Lorenz invoiced Fox-Davies on 20 August 2009 for £124,151.70 plus VAT, but that Fox-Davies has failed to pay.

The claim says that Lorenz, of Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, also seeks to recover interest of £1,971.47 increasing at the rate of £31.29 a day from Fox-Davies, of Whitefriars House, 6 Carmelite Street, London.
