Plans to redevelop a former packaging factory in Fishponds, Bristol, into 252 homes have been recommended for approval by Bristol City Council.
The Filwood Road site is the former home of Graphic Packaging International, which has moved to 250,000 sq ft at Great Western Business Park in Yate, Gloucestershire.
The outline planning application includes two and four-bedroom houses and apartments.
The plans will be discussed at the council’s planning meeting next week.
