Bellway Homes is seeking a forward sale of the first purpose-built private rented scheme in central London.
The Residence, SW8, is expected to fetch circa £65m. Offers are sought on a turnkey and phased payment basis for 114 flats.
Bellway’s proposals to redevelop the entire 2.7-acre site in Nine Elms into 510 private, affordable and private rented homes, 14,600 sq ft of commercial space and 12,100 sq ft of community use were approved in June.
