Midland developers Gallan Group and Stoford have been appointed by the Co-operative Group to build a £35m regional distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol. They were selected from a shortlist of six developers to create the 435,780 sq ft facility on a 32-acre site. The hub will serve more than 400 food stores in Bristol, the South West and South Wales.
