Funds from across the globe are among a flurry of investors bringing £150m of commercial stock to market through Allsop.
The two-day sale, on 21 and 22 October at Claridge’s and the Berkeley hotel, W1, respectively, will see 281 lots offered, of which 30 are being sold by funds.
The UK-wide lots have a combined income of £16.5m pa and a collective guide price of about £150m. Of the assets, 37 will have a guide price in excess of £1m, and 40 are being sold on behalf of receivers. Vendors include Aviva Investors, Canada Life Investments, CBRE Global Investors and Threadneedle.
Lots will include a 1,431 sq ft property let to Lloyds Bank in Uxbridge on a new 10-year lease, generating rent of £200,000 pa. It is being offered with a guide price of £3.8m – a 5% yield. Also on offer are two Bristol city centre offices, nine shops and a supermarket ground rent, with a £4m guide price.
A 77,434 sq ft office development in Liverpool sold prior to the auction for more than £5m – a 4.75% yield.
