Smartphone designer HTC has bought the 70,000 sq ft Salamanca building in Slough, Berkshire, for its own occupation.
Royal London has agreed to sell the freehold for around £22.5m, and occupier O2 has agreed to an early termination of its lease.
Cushman & Wakefield and King Sturge advised O2; Fairweathers acted for HTC.
