A joint venture between Miller and RBS-owned KUC Properties has submitted plans for the first manufacturing space at the Omega development in Warrington.
The shed would be the first manufacturing space on the site, and comprise a 200,000 sq ft warehouse and 20,000 sq ft of offices.
The scheme would occupy a 10-acre plot in zone 7, where the Hut has signed for a 680,000 sq ft logistics base. Asda has also taken a 600,000 sq ft shed on the site.
The zone has outline permission for 2.1m sq ft of manufacturing and logistics space.
