Kier Property and Invista secured Reading town centre’s largest office deal of 2010 in the final week of the year.
The pair have let 22,590 sq ft at their 218,000 sq ft One Reading Central scheme to software firm Pegasystems. The company has agreed a 10-year lease at a rent of around £30 per sq ft. The space is for expansion following its recent purchase of software firm Chordiant.
Pegasystems was advised by Lambert Smith Hampton. LSH, DTZ and Hanover Green are letting agents at Reading Central.
