Dominvs is to be granted planning approval for an 808-bedroom hotel scheme in Hammersmith, W6.
The proposed development is on the site of the former Hammersmith Magistrates Court to the south of Talgarth Road and the Hammersmith Flyover.
The plans are minded for approval at Hammersmith & Fulham Council’s committee meeting on 15 October.
Dominvs is seeking to redevelop and erect two buildings, ranging from six to 23 storeys and incorporate a basement level, a rooftop bar and create a new garden square.
