Hammersmith & Fulham Council is set to approve a reserved matters application for a residential-led scheme in White City, W12.
St James, part of Berkeley Group, had proposed a residential-led mixed use redevelopment of the former Marks & Spencer warehouse site. It is seeking to provide 1,814 homes and an additional 118 affordable units.
The reserved matters application deals with matters including access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale.
The plans are minded for approval at Hammersmith & Fulham Council’s planning committee meeting on 15 October.
