Hammersmith & Fulham Council has given the go-ahead to Quadrant Estates and Pirbright Holdings’ plans to build a new office block.
The building will be located at on the site of the current Kensington Centre at 66 Hammersmith Road, W14.
Designed by Robin Partington and Partners the property will be up to eight storeys high providing 188,217 sq ft of offices, including 9,730 sq ft of affordable workspace, and 9,149 sq ft of retail space.
