Nasdaq has confirmed it has leased the entire 25,000 sq ft 18th floor of 22 Bishopsgate, EC2.
Landlord AXA IM – Real Assets said it has agreed a 10-year lease to Nasdaq, a global provider of trading, clearing and public company services.
The deal, which EG reported in March, brings the building to 45% occupancy, with 580,000 sq ft of the 1.275m sq ft 22 Bishopsgate now prelet.
The space is expected to be handed over to Nasdaq for fitting out later this year, with the company’s employees moving in to their new home in mid-2020.
