Construction equipment and services specialist Hilti is considering selling its UK head office in Manchester and relocating elsewhere in the city.
It has appointed CBRE to look at an office sale and the business is “reviewing the findings”, according to a company spokesperson.
EG understands that Hilti has a 30,000-40,000 sq ft requirement out in the market should the firm choose to relocate.
Hilti’s 1 Trafford Wharf Road office covers 39,999 sq ft, according to Radius Exchange. It is located at Trafford Park, an industrial estate.
