DekaBank backs the Colmore Building with £80m loan

AshbyCapital has secured a £81.5m refinancing from DekaBank for The Colmore Building in Birmingham.

The three-year facility is DekaBank’s third loan in Birmingham in the last 12 months.

The Colmore Building provides 314,000 sq ft of office space over 14 storeys, with a gym, treatment room, yoga studio and coffee house. The building is fully let to tenants including Chubb, Allianz, Investec, Irwin Mitchell, Grant Thornton, Hogan Lovells, Rathbones and Willis Towers Watson.
