Britain’s ability to attract talent will wane and relocations will rise, according to 70% of the property industry.
Almost 1,000 of Europe’s property investors, developers, lenders, fund managers and advisers were surveyed by the Urban Land Institute and PwC.
Of those, 70% said that the UK’s ability to attract talent will decrease.
The same amount said that business relocations out of the country would increase.
