Regional REIT has secured four new leasing deals across its portfolio around 19% ahead of expected rental value.
The deals include a 30,100 sq ft industrial unit at its Jupiter Park in Basildon, Essex, to DG International Group for five years at £240,800 per annum.
Anglian Water has increased its footprint at Regional REIT’s 102,000 sq ft Witham Park House in Lincoln by circa 17,000 sq ft. It has taken the space until January 2032 at a headline rent of £220,000 pa.
In addition, the first floor at 2800 The Crescent in Birmingham has been let for 10 years at a rent of £150,876 pa, equating to £22 per sq ft and a national charity has renewed its lease on the 1,933 sq ft unit six at Silver Court, Watchmead in Welwyn Garden City for a further three years at a headline rent of £32,861 pa.
