JLL head of national investment departs

JLL head of national investment Angus Minford is set to leave the business after nearly nine years at the firm.

Minford will leave the firm at the end of the year to “pursue other opportunities”, a JLL spokesperson confirmed.

Minford joined JLL in 2011 as capital markets international director before stepping up to become head of national investment in 2018.

Prior to this, he spent nearly 18 years at King Sturge, working in the national capital markets commercial property department and holding an equity partner position.

A JLL spokesperson said: “We can confirm that Angus Minford is leaving JLL at the end of the year to pursue other opportunities.

“He has been an instrumental senior member of our national capital markets team and we are grateful for his hard work, commitment to teamwork and clients, as well as dedication to the business both in London and across our regional office network.

“Angus has also been an integral part of the team responsible for the success of the JLL Property Triathlon, which is a standout property fundraiser, generating over £2m for our various corporate charities.

“We wish him every success with his career and look forward to working with him in the future.”

Minford’s departure follows closely behind that of Charles Calvert, Leeds head of residential for the North.

EG revealed last week that Calvert has left the business after roughly four years with the firm.
