A slew of housebuilders will release their annual figures this week, with hopes high that sales outlooks will soar.
Taylor Wimpey will start the ball rolling tomorrow, while on Wednesday Persimmon and Vistry Group – the new name for Bovis Homes plus the bits it bought from Galliford Try – will make their announcements.
Persimmon will be hoping its review will help to draw a line under a year that saw it give massive bonuses to its boss while cutting corners on safety and build quality.
