The final floor at AshyCapital and Helical’s One Bartholomew, EC1, has been let to financial services company finnCap on a 10-year lease.
finCapp as taken up 19,609 sq ft on the fifth floor of the 221,000 sq ft office building, which is now fully let.
In May last year, infrastructure and real estate investment manager InfraRed signed a 15-year lease to take up 19,609 sq ft of space and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business agreed to take 43,000 sq ft on a 15-year lease the previous month in April.
The Trade Desk, which is currently based on Farringdon Road, is to occupy the top three floors, paying more than £80 per sq ft after signing for 55,000 sq ft in July 2018.
Gerald Kaye, chief executive of Helical, commented: “To have fully let One Bartholomew within 12 months of completion and launch is an excellent result and testament to the quality of the building and the fantastic environment we have created at Barts Square.”
