Harman Healy to sell home in one of UK’s largest listed buildings

A four-bedroom residence set within one of the largest listed buildings in the country is to go under the hammer at Harman Healy’s January auction next week.

The leasehold property comprises part of three floors of Patshull Hall, near Wolverhampton in the West Midlands, a Grade I listed Georgian mansion once owned by George Pigot, governor of Madras (now Chennai).

Set within extensive parkland and close to the Patshull Park Hotel, Golf and Country Club, the unit is guided at £140,000 plus.

Unit 8, Patshull Hall is one of 27 lots due to be offered at Harman Healy’s next auction, to be held on 27 January at Kensington Town Hall, W8.
