Landsec chief executive Rob Noel is to be paid until July at a cost of £292,227 to the company.
Noel, who steps down as chief executive and director at the end of March, will continue to receive his normal remuneration in terms of basic salary, pension allowance, car allowance and company benefits, in accordance with his service agreement, up until 10 July.
Noel will also be eligible to receive a bonus in respect of the company’s financial year ending 31 March 2020. He will have been employed for the full 2019/20 financial year.
Martin Greenslade will be acting chief executive in addition to his role as chief financial officer for the intervening month of April.
