Property manager AW James has leased 56,000 sq ft of office space to fintech firm Xero in Milton Keynes.
It is the largest letting in the town for five years, according to CBRE, which acted for the landlord on the deal alongside Avison Young.
The 140,000 sq ft property, 100 Avebury Boulevard, is also the only speculative development in the town for a decade.
Xero has taken the fourth, part fifth and sixth floors on a 10-year lease.
