Mainstay Residential has been instructed to manage Galliard’s 373-flat building on the South Bank, SE1.
The homes at The Whitehouse Apartments were developed by Galliard and self-managed by the residents, but have now been added to Mainstay Residential’s growing portfolio.
The residential property manager was recently instructed at Linkcity’s Hallsville Quarter and by Croydon Council’s development vehicle Brick by Brick to manage 270 units across 11 schemes.
The appointment is Mainstay’s fourth in the capital and brings its portfolio to 80,000 homes in the UK.
Galliard completed the conversion of the former Shell offices to deliver the luxury Whitehouse Apartments in a joint venture with Frogmore in 1996.
