The value of Warehouse REIT’s portfolio has inched up from £438.7m at the end of September 2019 to £464.8m at the end of January this year.
In a valuation update, the REIT said that after taking into account net investment activity and capital expenditure over this period, the portfolio valuation increased by £15.1m.
This represents an increase of 6.3 pence per share.
Earlier this month, Warehouse REIT announced it was contemplating an equity raise to fund an acquisitions pipeline valued at around £352m.
The landlord said it had identified investment opportunities with a target investment yield of more than 6%. Of these, around £72m were in exclusive or final negotiations or had solicitors instructed, and a further £280m were in “detailed” negotiations.
