Oast house stars among fishery and wildlife in spring sale

An unconverted Grade II listed oast house with stunning views across the Kent countryside is one of the 159 lots to go under the hammer at Clive Emson’s March sale. The cylindrical oast house, which comes with cowl and fantail together with an attached building, has planning consent to be converted into a single home and is guided at £350,000+. The auction will take place between 23-27 March at five regional venues in Chelmsford, Maidstone, Fareham, Saltash and Brighton. Other key lots include an 8.74-acre fishery and wildlife haven in Norfolk which is guided at £240,000, and a former toilet block in Gravesend, Kent, guided at £25,000 to £30,000.
