Quintain has received its first planning consent in Ireland with the approval of a £69m scheme in Portmarnock in North Dublin.
It has been given the green light to build 153 homes on an 11-acre site at St Marnock’s Bay.
Quintain is partnering with DRES Developments on the scheme.
The Ireland subsidiary launched last year, with a goal to deliver 9,000 homes and 600,000 sq ft across four sites in the Greater Dublin area. It owns 450 acres in Adamstown, Clonburris, Portmarnock and Cherrywood.
