Residential developer Mulbury has lodged plans for 378 flats across three sites in Manchester’s New Cross district, in the north of the city.
It has proposed 161 flats in a 13-storey scheme at Bendix Street, 144 flats over 12 storeys at Oldham Road (pictured), and a further 73 flats in Goulden Street at the Grade II listed former police and ambulance station.
The schemes have been designed by Tim Groom Architects, with planning advice from Deloitte Real Estate.
Mulbury will spend £60m on the builds and is in talks with potential investors to back the schemes.
