Jack Beeby is to join BH2’s leasing team as it looks to capitalise on the strong growth it had last year.
The former national director within JLL’s central London office leasing and asset management team, spent nearly 12 years with JLL, with clients such as Aberdeen Standard, Brookfield, M&G and DWS.
BH2’s leasing team, run by Sam Boreham and Dan Roberts, was involved in more than 2m sq ft of lettings across London in 2019, including the first location in the UK of CBRE’s flexible office business, Hana, at Nuveen’s 70 St Mary Axe, law firm Squire Patton Boggs move to Premier Place and the leasing of One Braham in Aldgate to BT for its new headquarters.
Beeby’s recruitment to the leasing team follows the addition of James Gann, in 2019, and Will Orr, in January, to BH2’s investment team. Both joined from BNP Paribas Real Estate.
