Boultbee Brooks has confirmed that Bet365 has taken up the remaining 25,000 sq ft of space at the Core, at 30 Brown Street in Manchester.
EG revealed last month that the online sports betting company had signed for the third, fourth and fifth floors at the property. The space supplements Bet365’s existing space at The Zenith, Spring Gardens.
The deal means that Core, which comprises 33,175 sq ft of office space, is now fully let.
Core has recently undergone a refurbishment which saw a fifth floor added to the building.
Bet365 currently occupies around a third of The Zenith Building and acquired the office in June 2018 from AM Alpha for £31.45m. The sale reflected a net initial yield of 5.25%.
James Whitcher, asset management director at Boultbee Brooks Real Estate, said: “We are thrilled to welcome BET365 to the final three floors at Core. Securing BET365 against stiff competition is testament to the quality of the Core development and the whole project team, who worked tirelessly to deliver an impressive transformation of a previously unloved building.”
CBRE and OBI acted on behalf of Boultbee Brooks. Knight Frank advised Bet365.
