Colliers international has appointed Time Retail director Pierre Kunkler as a director in its retail capital markets team.
In Kunkler’s previous role at Time Retail, which he had joined in 2017, he focused on high street, shopping centre, out-of-town retail parks and mixed-use investments as well as funding deals.
Kunkler has more than 10 years’ experience in the retail capital markets sector, acting for clients including institutions, property companies, developers and HNW investors.
He started his career in 2009 at niche investment practice Lewis Ellis before joining the retail investment team at DTZ, now Cushman & Wakefield, in 2013.
At Colliers he will report to Tom Edson, head of the department, and will focus on all aspects of retail investments, advising clients including institutions, developers, property companies, funds and supermarkets to buy and sell real estate opportunities.
Tom Edson, head of retail capital markets at Colliers International, said: “[Pierre] will add a further dimension to our team’s existing capabilities and ensure we continue to grow our market share in this competitive and fast moving sector.”
