Grosvenor Europe has revised its leasing team for its mixed-use asset at Liverpool One.
CBRE is to act on retail leasing, with Savills on the F&B and leisure alongside Metis Real Estate.
The 2.7m sq ft development comprises more than 200 shops, 500 homes, three hotels, 25 restaurants, a cinema, three offices and a public park.
In the first three months of this year, Grosvenor Europe signed a number of leading international brands for new stores at the scheme, including MAC Cosmetics, Penhaligon’s, Kiehl’s, Virgin Holidays and Castore.
