The Howard de Walden Estate has appointed Mark Kildea as its new chief operating officer.
Kildea will step up from his position as finance operator of the company, which owns 92 acres across Marylebone, NW1.
Kildea has been with the business for nearly nine years and was previously intu’s group treasurer.
Howard de Walden chief executive Andrew Hynard said: “The scope of the business’s operations continue to evolve and Mark’s new title is in recognition of his wider responsibilities including sustainability, health & safety, insurance, IT and procurement.
“As COO, his role will also encompass his previous core finance director responsibilities.”
