Impact Healthcare has reported a steady NAV at 106.98 per share in a trading update for the quarter ended 31 March 2020.
It revealed an 8.3% rise in its property portfolio, climbing to £345.1m, largely attributed to new acquisitions.
However, the REIT said the valuation was reported on the basis of “material valuation uncertainty”.
The board has agreed to pay a 1.5725p per ordinary dividend for the quarter, payable on 12 June. This is in line with the aggregate total dividend target of 6.29p per share.
