Frasers Property lines up £3.8m of lettings at Reading business park

The UK arm of Singapore’s Frasers Property has confirmed a string of new lettings worth a combined £3.8m annually at its Reading business park.

The deals come as the company spends £6m on refurnishing and redeveloping Winnersh Triangle.

The lettings include a 76,000 sq ft new office letting to existing tenant Jacobs UK; a 31,000 sq ft signing from US software company Hewlett Packard; and a 10,700 sq ft deal for US healthcare company Hollister.

FLB Accountants has doubled its occupancy with a 6,400 sq ft letting, while IFIS Publishing has leased 2,500 sq ft and media company Pip Studios 13,000 sq ft.

Ilaria del Beato, chief executive of Frasers Property UK, said: “It is an encouraging sign for the UK office market to see businesses continuing as usual and looking towards the future during this difficult period.”

Frasers Property UK was advised by BNPP, Vail Williams and JLL. Cushman & Wakefield acted for Jacobs, CBRE for Hewlett Packard and Colliers for Hollister.
