Mixed-use investor and developer Native Land has made five senior promotions in its leadership team.
The firm has named Sophia Jarvie (main picture) as managing director of its prime residential development team.


Jarvie has spent more than a decade at the business. She is currently leading on the development of South Kensington Station and TwentyFive on the Portman Estate.
Jay Squier has been promoted to managing director of commercial and mixed-use developments. Squier has 13 years of experience in residential and mixed-use developments, and currently leads on the commercial development at Bankside Yards.
The company has also made Finn Carew managing director of investments. He joined in 2018 from Pinnacle Group and has a residential background, including eight years in Hong Kong, Singapore and the Philippines.

Additionally, it has promoted Robert Harris to managing director of acquisitions. Harris has been with Native Land since it was founded in 2003. He will continue to lead on site acquisition, financial analyses and funding structures for recent acquisitions.
Mark Campbell, previously sales manager, has been made head of private transactions.
