Warehouse REIT has secured £153m from its equity raise to finance a pipeline of investments worth around £352m.
The company will issue 139,090,908 shares at 110 pence per share, and it is expected that the shares will hit the market on Wednesday.
Of the shares issued, 90,909,090 will be issued under firm placing, 27,468,941 under placing, 13,731,745 under open offer, and 6,981,132 under offer for subscription.
Warehouse REIT initially announced its equity raise plans in March this year, but put them on ice as markets slumped as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
The equity raise was revived last month when chairman Neil Kirton announced in a full-year results announcement that the company was talking to “existing and potential new investors” about the fundraising.
