Audio post-production facility Pip Studios has agreed to take a 20-year lease at Frasers Property UK’s Winnersh Triangle business park in Reading.
It will occupy 13,000 sq ft within 640 Wharfedale Road at the centre of the business park’s science and technology zone.
Established in 2020, Pip Studios is planning to deliver post-production audio localisation services for the film, TV, gaming and streaming industries from its new home.
The company was founded by Ally Curran, Mark Sheffield and Nigel Bennett, all of whom have extensive experience in the post-production sector, having worked on more than 200 films between them.
Curran said: “Frasers Property has been incredibly accommodating of our technical requirements throughout and will provide the grow-on space we need to develop our business.”
