Hammerson shares rose by 4.4% during trading, putting it in the top 10 risers across the FTSE 250 index.
The REIT ended the day at 78.8p.
Healthcare REITs were also among the day’s biggest real estate risers. Impact Healthcare REIT was up 6.2% at 103p, and Assura was up 3.2% to 77.1p.
The FTSE 100 ended up 0.63% on 6,290. The FTSE 250 rose 0.15% to 17,347.
