Law firm JA Kemp has agreed a new lease for a 38,000 sq ft headquarters at The Stills, 76-86 Turnmill Street, EC1, in Farringdon.
The six-storey building is owned by the Local Government Association and was designed by Hawkins\Brown.
It has recently undergone a refurbishment, with a new reception with co-working space, retail at the ground floor and a communal terrace on the top floor.
The patent and trade mark attorneys will move into the office in early 2021.
John Leeming, chairman of JA Kemp’s management committee, said: The new premises will provide an attractive, modern working environment in a prime location, with flexibility to adapt to our needs as required.”
