Workspace provider All Work & Space has added a new site to its Department portfolio at Leeds Dock.
The 55,000 sq ft scheme at Allied London’s Leeds Casino will offer flexible office space, a clubhouse and rooftop, wellness amenities and art.
It will provide a range of office setups with hot desks, resident desks, private office suites for up to 200 people, satellite office functions, meeting and event spaces for start-ups through to large established businesses.
There will also be a glass boardroom across three floors, as well as a cinema, lounge and bar and events space.
It will open in spring 2021 and will complete the Leeds Dock development.
Department managing director Anthony Powell said: “We will enhance the ex-casino’s features and bring to life a must-visit place for work, social and wellness. Our design and hospitality-led approach results in the complete workplace destination.”
Allied London acquired Leeds Dock, then called Clarence Dock, in 2012. The development includes the former casino site, which has been vacant since March 2013 when London Clubs International closed its Alea Leeds operation.
