Mike Ashley has agreed to buy the remnants of rival DW Sports for £37m.
Frasers Group will become the new owner of 43 leisure clubs and 31 shops, but the remaining 29 clubs and 19 stores will close permanently.
Unsurprisingly, Ashley will not be buying the Dave Whelan Sports brand. The two have been bitter rivals for the passed two decades.
