Triple Point Social Housing ups dividend

Triple Point Social Housing REIT has raised its interim dividend slightly, to 1.295p per ordinary share. Around 1.17p of this will be paid as a property income distribution, while the remainder will be paid as an ordinary UK dividend. The REIT paid out 1.27p per share for the same period in 2019, from 1 April to 30 June. The company previously maintained its strategy to pay out a progressive dividend. It is targeting an aggregate dividend of 5.18p per share for the financial year ending 31 December, up 1.7% on the previous year. The interim dividend will be payable on or around 25 September.
