St Francis Group and Richardsons are to develop a 400,000 sq ft industrial warehouse scheme across 29 acres at Kings Norton, Birmingham.
The partners have acquired the Pilkington Automotive and GKN Aerospace sites for the speculative development, which will be funded by Richardsons.
They will lodge a detailed planning application later this year for a scheme of eight units ranging from 25,000 sq ft to 70,000 sq ft. Work is expected to begin on site next year, with the units ready for occupation by the end of 2022.
