The high street chain’s landlords are resisting New Look’s attempts to push through its second CVA in three years, with a crunch vote expected on Tuesday.
Online fashion retailer Boohoo is circling New Look.
If Boohoo were to buy New Look it would keep the brand but ditch all the stores.
