Microsoft signs for Dublin hub

Microsoft has signed for 44,000 sq ft at IPUT Real Estate’s 3 Dublin Landings.

The tech giant has signed a 10-year lease for three floors in the 119,000 sq ft office building in Dublin’s Docklands.

IPUT acquired the vacant seven-floor 3 Dublin Landings at the start of the year.

IPUT chief executive Niall Gaffney said: “Despite the challenges of the past six months, this letting is indicative of the resilience of the office market and affirms Dublin’s position as a global digital hub.”
