Global co-living asset manager Node has raised €300m in a joint venture with Intriva Capital for expansion across Western Europe.
Node will use Intriva’s equity backing to target development sites and existing buildings in key European gateway cities.
Intriva Capital is an alternative investment manager focused on special situations and distressed investments in Western Europe.
Node was established in 2016 by former Blackstone managing director Anil Khera. The company specialises in co-living communities of microflats and shared flats, with schemes in London, Dublin and cities in Canada and the US.
It is also looking to expand through managing and co-investing in projects with third-party owners and developers.
Khera said: “Raising capital from institutional investors in such an uncertain time is a great testament to the Node team and the business model we have created over the past four years.”
