Hammerson has completed the rights issue launched as part of a recapitalisation of the business.
Having secured acceptances for 94.9% of the shares offered in the issue as of this morning, the company has now confirmed that underwriters JP Morgan Cazenove and Morgan Stanley have also found purchasers for the remaining shares.
