Sir James Dyson has just lost £7m in a property deal, following his decision to relocate to Singapore.
The Brexit-backing vacuum billionaire bought a 99-year lease on the “super penthouse” on the top three floors of the Tanjong Pagar Centre in Singapore in July 2019 for about £43m.
He is now selling it to IT boss Leo Koguan for £36m.
The 21,000 sq ft property is arranged on the 62nd, 63rd and 64th floors of Singapore’s tallest residential building.
It has five bedrooms, a garden with spectacular views, a pool and jacuzzi and, impressively for a penthouse, a wine ‘cellar’ with room for 600 bottles.
The vacuum entrepreneur topped The Sunday Times Rich List this year with a fortune of £16.2bn.
