A block of 32 flats in Croydon town centre has hit the market with a price tag of £9.25m.
Owner Brymore Properties has instructed Knight Frank to sell the freehold to Tavistock Court, comprising two income-producing buildings on a 0.85-acre site.
Brymore Properties obtained planning permission this year for an additional six new-build homes in a three-storey building to the rear of the site, increasing the total gross space from 26,740 sq ft to 33,000 sq ft. The freehold is available as a whole or two separate sales.
Tavistock Court is located to the north of West Croydon train station, close to the central business district. It is a short distance from Rosefair’s iconic Island Tower residential building.
Harrison Collins, associate for residential capital markets at Knight Frank, said: “Despite the ongoing market headwinds with regards to Covid-19, residential assets are seen by investors as an attractive asset during periods of economic stress, and with appetite for investment opportunities on the rise, we are confident the interest in these two properties will be strong.”
